Yoga for the Soul

Hello and Welcome.

I am a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher (CYT200). 

My classes focus on breathwork, alignment, flexibility, strength and developing a practice with an inward focus to attain to a more meditative and peaceful state of being.

In the West, we are so focused on doing but Eastern philosophy teaches us to just be. In this age of high stress, and attention deficit, the art of being, to nourish oneself, is more important than ever before. Yoga brings us to our breath, to the present moment, to the now, so we can learn to live mindfully, with awareness and gratitude.

My favorite Yoga and Meditation teacher talks about Diving Deeper into the heart during every meditation. This website and my work in Yoga, Mindfulness and Wellness  is inspired by him.
